O-nnect（以下「運営者」）は、スマートフォンアプリ「LOCAVESTA」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報を次のとおり取り扱います。

1. 取り扱う情報と目的

  • 利用者の記録: 場所の名称、緯度・経度、住所、訪問日、メモ、タグ、グループ、写真・動画と撮影日時・撮影地点等のメタデータ。記録、表示、編集、整理、共有、バックアップのために利用します。
  • 位置情報: 利用者が許可または操作した場合のアプリ使用中の現在地。現在地表示、地図移動、周辺検索、住所取得に利用します。バックグラウンドで移動経路を自動記録しません。
  • 検索情報: 入力した検索語、検索の基準となる地図中心または現在地、言語・地域。場所候補の取得と並べ替えに利用します。
  • 設定: 言語、テーマ、地図種類、公共交通表示、現在地・ピン表示、規約・ポリシーの確認状況等。設定の維持に利用します。
  • Android版の生年月日: 端末内で利用可否と広告上の区分を判定するためにのみ利用します。iOS版は生年月日を取得・保存しません。
  • 広告・技術情報: おおよその地域、広告やアプリの表示・操作、診断、端末・アプリに関する識別子等を、広告配信事業者が広告配信、測定、不正防止、セキュリティのため処理する場合があります。
  • 問い合わせ: 利用者がTallyフォームへ入力した本文、任意の連絡先、添付画像等を、回答、不具合・不適切な広告の調査、権利保護のため利用します。

2. 端末内保存

記録、写真・動画、設定は原則として利用者の端末内に保存されます。運営者は通常利用において、これらを運営者独自のクラウドへ自動送信しません。現行版に利用者アカウントや運営者独自のクラウド同期はありません。Android版の生年月日はOSの安全な保存領域に保存し、正確な年齢は保存しません。生年月日、年齢区分、再起動管理情報は、アプリ内バックアップ、Androidクラウドバックアップ、端末間移行から除外する設計です。

3. 外部送信と第三者サービス

本アプリは機能ごとに、必要な範囲の通信を行います。

  • 地図表示: OpenFreeMap、OpenMapTiles、OpenStreetMap、国土地理院の地理院タイルへ、要求する範囲・縮尺、IPアドレス、通信上必要な技術情報が送信されます。標準・3DはMapLibreで描画し、航空写真は表示範囲と縮尺に応じて地理院タイルを取得します。
  • 公共交通: 国土交通省「国土数値情報（鉄道データ）」を加工したデータを、Geoloniaの配信先から取得します。要求範囲、IPアドレス等が送信されます。
  • 場所検索: Photon（Komootの公開API）へ検索語、地図中心または現在地に基づく検索基準座標、言語・地域、IPアドレス等が送信されます。住所取得では端末OSのジオコーダーを利用する場合があります。
  • 広告: Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDKへ、広告リクエスト、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、広告・アプリの操作、診断、端末・アプリに関する識別子等が送信される場合があります。
  • 共有: 利用者が選択した共有先へ、利用者が選択した情報が送信されます。
  • 問い合わせ・報告: Tallyへ、利用者がフォームで入力・添付した情報、IPアドレス、通信上必要な技術情報等が送信されます。フォームを埋め込むサポートページはCloudflareから配信されます。

各提供者は、サービス提供、安全確保、法令対応等のため利用者の居住国外で情報を処理する場合があります。各提供者の規約とプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者は、保存された記録、写真・動画、メモ、タグ、グループ、Android版の生年月日・正確な年齢を広告ターゲティング情報として送信しません。

4. 年齢と広告

  • iOS: 生年月日を取得・保存しません。App Store上の対象年齢は13歳以上です。すべての広告リクエストに児童向け取扱いと最大コンテンツレーティングGを適用し、パーソナライズド広告、リマーケティング、IDFA、ATT、UMPを利用しません。
  • Android: 12歳以下または年齢を判定できない場合は通常利用と広告を開始しません。13～17歳は児童向け取扱いとGを適用し、UMPを実行しません。18歳以上はGを適用し、起動ごとに地域・同意状況に応じてGoogleのUMPを処理します。

不適切または年齢に適さない広告は、アプリ内の「不適切な広告を報告」またはサポートフォームから報告できます。広告を開いた後は広告主またはリンク先のポリシーが適用されます。

5. バックアップと共有

利用者は、記録、位置、住所、メモ、写真・動画等を含むバックアップを作成し、選択した保存先へ共有できます。現行版のバックアップファイル自体は暗号化されません。共有後は保存先サービスの規約・ポリシーが適用され、アプリ内で記録を削除しても外部のバックアップや共有済み媒体は自動削除されません。

6. 保持、削除、安全管理

端末内情報は、利用者が削除、アプリデータを消去、またはアプリを削除するまで保持されます。アカウントはないためアカウント削除手続はありません。問い合わせ情報は回答、調査、セキュリティ、紛争・法令対応に必要な期間だけ保持し、その後合理的な期間内に削除または匿名化します。第三者サービス上の情報は各提供者の方針に従います。運営者は情報の性質と規模に応じた合理的な安全管理措置を講じますが、端末保存やインターネット通信の完全な安全を保証できません。

7. 利用者の選択と権利

位置情報、写真・動画等の権限は端末設定で変更できます。記録はアプリ内で確認、訂正、削除できます。Android版の生年月日はアプリ内で確認・訂正でき、変更後は完全再起動が必要です。適用法令により、運営者が保有する情報について開示、訂正、削除、処理制限、オプトアウト等を求められる場合があります。

8. 変更と問い合わせ

法令、機能、第三者サービス、情報の取扱いが変わる場合、本ページを更新します。冒頭に変更点、改定日、必要な対応を掲載し、法令上同意が必要な新しい取扱いは開始前に同意を取得します。

This notice applies together with the O-nnect General Privacy Policy. O-nnect (the “Operator”) handles information in the LOCAVESTA mobile application (the “App”) as described below.

1. Information and purposes

  • User records: Place names, coordinates, addresses, visit dates, notes, tags, groups, photos, videos, and related capture metadata, used to record, display, edit, organize, share, and back up memories.
  • Location: Foreground location obtained with user permission or action, used for current-location display, map movement, nearby search, and address lookup. The App does not automatically track routes in the background.
  • Search: Search terms, the map center or current location used as a proximity reference, and language/region, used to obtain and rank place candidates.
  • Settings: Language, theme, map type, transit overlay, current-location and pin display, and legal confirmation status, used to maintain user choices.
  • Android date of birth: Used only on the device to determine access and advertising treatment. The iOS version does not collect or store a date of birth.
  • Advertising and technical data: Approximate location, ad and App interactions, diagnostics, and device or App identifiers may be processed by the advertising provider for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and security.
  • Support: Text, optional contact details, and attachments submitted through Tally, used to respond and investigate bugs, inappropriate ads, or rights concerns.

2. On-device storage

Records, media, and settings are generally stored on the user’s device and are not automatically uploaded to an Operator-operated cloud. The current App has no user account or Operator-operated cloud sync. On Android, date of birth is stored in operating-system secure storage and exact age is not stored. Date of birth, age band, and restart-management data are designed to be excluded from App backups, Android cloud backup, and device transfer.

3. Network transfers and third-party services

  • Maps: Requests to OpenFreeMap, OpenMapTiles, OpenStreetMap, and Geospatial Information Authority of Japan tiles include requested area and zoom, IP address, and necessary technical data. Standard and 3D maps are rendered with MapLibre; imagery tiles are requested according to visible area and zoom.
  • Transit: Processed National Land Numerical Information railway data from Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is obtained through Geolonia delivery. Requests include area, IP address, and technical data.
  • Place search: Search terms, a reference coordinate based on the map center or current location, language/region, IP address, and technical data are sent to the Photon public API operated by Komoot. Operating-system geocoding may also be used.
  • Advertising: Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK may receive ad requests, approximate location derived from IP address, ad and App interactions, diagnostics, and device or App identifiers.
  • Sharing: Information selected by the user is sent to the user-selected destination.
  • Support and reports: Tally receives information entered or attached by the user, IP address, and necessary technical data. Cloudflare delivers the page containing the embedded form.

Providers may process information outside the user’s country for delivery, security, and legal compliance. Their terms and privacy policies apply. The Operator does not send saved records, media, notes, tags, groups, or Android date of birth or exact age for ad targeting.

4. Age and advertising

  • iOS: The App does not collect or store date of birth and is rated for ages 13+ on the App Store. Every ad request uses child-directed treatment and a maximum content rating of G. The App does not use personalized ads, remarketing, IDFA, ATT, or UMP on iOS.
  • Android: Normal use and ads do not begin when the user is 12 or younger or age cannot be determined. Ages 13–17 use child-directed treatment and G without UMP. Ages 18+ use G and process Google UMP on each cold start according to region and consent status.

Inappropriate or age-inappropriate advertisements can be reported through “Report inappropriate advertisement” in the App or the support form. A destination opened from an ad is governed by the advertiser’s or destination’s policy.

5. Backups and sharing

Users can create backups containing records, location, addresses, notes, photos, and videos and share them to a selected destination. Current backup files are not encrypted. The destination’s terms and privacy policy apply. Deleting an App record does not automatically delete external backups or previously shared media.

6. Retention, deletion, and security

On-device information remains until the user deletes it, clears App data, or uninstalls the App. There is no account-deletion process because there are no accounts. Support information is kept only as reasonably necessary for response, investigation, security, disputes, and legal duties, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period. Third-party retention follows each provider’s policy. The Operator applies reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and scale but cannot guarantee complete security of device storage or internet communications.

7. Choices and rights

Location, media, and other permissions can be changed in device settings. Records can be reviewed, corrected, and deleted in the App. Android users can review and correct date of birth; a full App restart is required after a change. Applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or opt-out regarding information held by the Operator.

8. Changes and contact

This notice may be updated when law, App functions, third-party services, or handling practices change. A concise summary, update date, and any required action will be published at the top. Consent will be obtained before new handling where required by law.
